  • Re-architected CI/CD pipelines, cutting manual deployment time by 50% and CI build times by 80%.
  • Lead 5 DevOps engineers through 1:1s, goals and development plans, and moved the team from manual operations to automated delivery inside the bank's compliance controls.
  • Co-led the Spec-Driven Development rollout to 120+ client-side developers, with code-review and build-triage tooling that cut build-failure tickets by 50% and failed-build recovery from 3+ hours to under 30 minutes.
